Founder, CEO
In 2003 Dave Reske founded Nowspeed Marketing, an internet marketing firm that delivers world-class demand generation solutions for leading companies around the globe. Prior to Nowspeed, David was founder and CEO of Onward Technologies, a web marketing and systems integration firm, where he led the company to significant growth. Founded in 1994, Onward Technologies was a leading provider of Internet marketing and business-critical web-based applications for Fortune 500 companies. Dave is a veteran industry speaker at internet and e-commerce conferences nationwide.
Trish
Partner
Trish brings over 20 years of creative direction, writing, copywriting, and management to Nowspeed. Prior to Nowspeed Marketing, Trish co-founded Onward Technologies. At Onward, Trish started, grew and managed the Web Publishing Group, a team responsible for web design and content for top U.S. B2C and B2B companies. Trish has been published in regional news magazines and has been recognized by the New England Press Association and the American Cancer Society for award-winning articles.
Bob
Creative Director
Bob Cargill brings as much passion to his role as creative director at Nowspeed as he does years of experience. Having labored in the marketing trenches since 1983, he has written or managed the creative development of projects that have been honored with more than 40 awards, including Gold from the New England Direct Marketing Association for his blog, A New Marketing Commentator, and Silver for Best Copywriting. Bob has presented many times at industry events and has been published or quoted in numerous media outlets, including The New York Times, DIRECT Magazine and DM News. Bob is a Past President of the New England Direct Marketing Association and a graduate of the MetroWest Leadership Academy. When he is not at the office or spending time with his family, he is usually training for his next marathon.
Justin
Creative Director
Justin specializes in developing creative communications programs that meet clients’ real-world marketing objectives. For over 8 years, he’s directed the execution of websites, newsletters, blogs, flash animation, print advertising, printed collateral, direct mail and more. Beyond being expert in marketing strategy, he’s also highly creative &mdash an accomplished writer and designer &mdash and highly technically savvy &mdash with extensive experience in design software, flash development, and CRM /CMS system integration. When Justin’s not in the office, he’s probably cooking, traveling, taking photographs, fishing, camping, or all of the above.
Greg
Account Executive
Greg brings 18+ years of sales and marketing experience to Nowspeed. He most recently owned his own direct mail franchise. As a prior business owner, he understands both sides of the business world. He brings that experience and knowledge to his customers today. Greg has a passion for finding new customers to bring to Nowspeed. As Greg says “Once a prospect understands how passionate, dedicated and creative our team of professionals are at Nowspeed, they just naturally want to have us work for them.” When Greg is not working you can almost always find him at the local Natick hockey rink. Whether he’s coaching his kids, other peoples kids or playing himself, the rink is his second home.
Steve
Account Executive
Steve brings over 10 years of sales and marketing experience to Nowspeed. His background includes print and online media advertising with alternative weekly publications - and most recently comes to Nowspeed from EveryScape, a technology company in Waltham, MA creating interactive online walking ours of cities and local businesses. His passion for his work dates back to when he was a student raising mone for the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Steve spends his free time creating “music” with a few guitars and his favorite electronic gadget, an SP-404 sampler.
Beth
Web Developer
Beth develops Nowspeed’s interactive content, from websites to email and social media marketing campaigns. Before coming to Nowspeed, Beth worked at Spectrum Design, then independently, specializing in the retail and healthcare industries. Lately she has been focusing on lead capture, CMS and blogging tools. Beth’s goal is to build frameworks that are easy to use, easy to manage, and easy to integrate with new technologies. She likes big trees, karst, and music.
Siming
Senior Designer
Siming conceptualizes and creates compelling web and print designs, flash animations, logo identity, branding and content architecture strategies for Nowspeed’s clients. During her decade of professional consulting experience, she has produced over 40 websites. Her clients have included Citigroup, Teradyne, Honeywell, XL Capital, New England Baptist Hospital, and Feinstein Kean Healthcare (a division of Ogilvy PR Worldwide). As the creative lead for a project selected as a finalist for the prestigious 2001 MITX / MIMC Award, Siming’s web designs have been ranked among “one of New England’s best.” Her illustrations have also earned several Boston Globe awards, and her multimedia projects have been featured at the Boston Cyberarts Festival, SIGGRAPH, and on local television.
Siming holds a B.A. with Honors in Multimedia Arts, pioneering the first independent media design major at Wellesley College. In 2001, Siming founded a Wellesley-MIT alumni network to cultivate multidisciplinary project collaboration and entrepreneurship. She enjoys philosophy, art museums, contemporary creative cuisine, charity fundraising walks, and Wong Kar Wai and Krzysztof Kieslowski films.
Bonnie
Senior Copywriter
With more than 15 years of copywriting experience under her belt, Bonnie O’Connor is a seasoned industry professional who can be relied upon to deliver winning results. She has produced award-winning direct mail campaigns, along with an impressive portfolio of advertising and web promotions for a long list of B2B companies. She also has editorial writing experience, having worked as a staff writer for Computerworld. While writing is her passion, Bonnie is also a savvy direct marketing professional, who produced many successful direct marketing campaigns for a world-renowned IT events company.
Mike
Director of Client Programs
For the past 8 years Mike has applied his experience in all B2B marketing facets including direct marketing, e-marketing, public relations, web development, search engine marketing, research and lead management. Today, Mike works with Nowspeed clients to determine the best marketing mix to meet their needs. Mike provides counsel on strategic planning and execution and works with clients to define e-marketing program objectives and metrics. Mike’s goal is to work with each client, big or small, to implement best practices to generate leads, increase revenue and increase market share. Mike can also be seen as Red Sox Fan #12,892 in the movie Fever Pitch. To date, even Mike hasn’t been able to spot himself in the crowd.
Bill
Marketing Project Manager
Bill holds a double major in International Business & Marketing.
He joined the Nowspeed team as a Marketing Project Manager and focuses on fully optimizing clients’ online marketing campaigns. Prior to Nowspeed, Bill was involved in software promotions and internet lead generation.
Ethan
Marketing Project Manager
Ethan is responsible for the optimization and strategic implementation of Nowspeed’s client marketing objectives. Ethan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Before coming to Nowspeed, Ethan worked in event marketing for Tech Target, Inc. where he helped coordinate national IT conferences for vendors such as EMC, Oracle, HP and Microsoft among others. When not at work he can be found on stage playing with his band “Soulstice” or performing in local community theater.
Thomas
Marketing Project Manager
Thomas has nine years’ experience helping businesses market themselves through online advertising campaigns. Working for major companies like Verizon Directory Group (Idearc Media), Monster.com, and Autotrader.com, Thomas has proven expertise in direct online marketing and lead generation campaigns for both B2B and B2C companies. Tom’s niche lies in educating both the client and the consumer to help the two parties build a lasting relationship. He is a graduate of Westfield State College.
Alaina
Marketing Project Manager
Alaina develops, manages and strategically optimizes marketing campaigns for Nowspeed’s clientele and internal marketing. Alaina received her Bachelor’s degree from Boston University’s School of Management with a focus in marketing. Before joining Nowspeed, Alaina worked in Client Consulting at TechTarget managing online lead generation programs for IT vendors and at Boston Ballet as a part-time Retail Operations Manager and intern.
Scott
Marketing Project Manager
Scott’s experience in online marketing developed while working on the internal internet marketing team of BuyerZone.com, a division of Reed Elsevior. Scott earned an M.A. in Economics from the University of New Hampshire and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. In his spare time, Scott is a part-time student of mathematics, struggling novice guitarist, and home brewer of soda, beer & other fine beverages.
Carol
Office Manager/Accounting Guru
Carol manages all of Nowspeed’s financial and human resources needs. Her professional background includes corporate Treasury and Cash Management in both high-tech and retail environments. Carol has experience in corporate and retail banking, risk management, benefits administration, systems development, as well as corporate accounting, forecasting and analysis. She received a BSBA from Babson College with concentration in Accounting and Information Systems. Carol is famous for her pumpkin chocolate chip cake.
